Podiatry & Dietitic Services Hallam Family Practice is also now offering a DIABETIC EDUCATOR onsite.   Ms Rena Chand will be consulting every second Saturday.   She has many years of experience working through Southern Health and with Diabetes Australia.   She is registered to see Veteran Affairs patients and patients referred under EPC through Medicare.   She will bulk bill eligible patients on a pension or HCC otherwise private fees will apply.
